What's new in codes: the new NAECA standard

On January 23, 2006, a new standard for the energy efficeincy of certain heating and cooling systems was established by the Department of Energy (DOE) under the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act (NAECA). Read about the impact of these new requirements.
